Carter updates

Carter is officially walking all over the place.  He has been walking for quite sometime, but he just looks much more stable lately. 

Carter says "hi" and waves.
He does Patty-Cake- when you sing the song he will clap and "roll" his arms. 
We try to make him say mama and dada.  He will sometimes.  One day he yelled Da and waved at Chris.  Too cute!  He has become quite the dare devil climbing on everything.  He is also quite ornery.  Caleb got him giggling pretty good the other day when they were playing.  Caleb has started to play nicely with him, but still squeezes his hand, pushes him down or trips him.  We are waiting for the day when Carter is bigger than Caleb and pummles him.  We will see!  Right now it is hard enough holding back the giggles when he clocks him over the head with a block!  :) 

We had Carter's doctor appointment December 1st.  He weigh 22 lbs 6 oz.  and was 27" long (if I remember right).  He was doing great!  He had an ear infection so we got ammoxicillin (sp).  He also had 6 shots and blood work that day.  Wow. 

This past week Carter started getting up every hour in the middle of the night.  We knew something was wrong either teething or ear infection.  So, I took him to the doctor Friday afternoon.  He had his ear infection still so we got some Augmentin.  Carter is also very slowly cutting teeth.  He has a fourth one on the bottom and has finally cut a top tooth.  It looks like there are 3 teeth on the top that will break through any minute!  Poor baby.  But, since Saturday night he has been sleeping through the night again!
