Update

I don't know what all to say right now.  Nothing out of the ordinary is really happening lately.  I will start week six of my 5k training on Sunday.  I was actually able to run an entire 2 miles last night!!  I was pretty impressed with myself.  :0)  I have lost pretty much 40 pounds now.  Weigh in is tomorrow, so it will be official then.

Carter is talking up a storm!  It is difficult to understand most times, but there are a couple words that sound clear as a bell!  Mommy being one of them!  When we ask him what a puppy says he says "woo woo" it is pretty cute!  He has such a funny personality... it is very natural and not at all fake.  He is attached to his paci like to other- when he wants it he cries for his "babry" at least that is what it sounds like.  We try to keep his paci time limited to bedtime and car if we HAVE to, but he likes it all the time.  He will run away if we ask him to give it to us.  The other night I put him to bed with his paci, he stood up, took it out nad swapped it with another one that was on his crib.

He has been pretty healthy lately.  No ear infections!  We have taken the boys swimming a couple times now.  The first time Chris was able to go with and we pretty much manned a kid each.  Carter LOVES the water.  He likes to get out often and "jump" in, but his jump is more like just a step off the edge.  He doesn't mind his head getting wet either.  Caleb is loving the pool, too.  He is becoming more adventerous everyday.  I wanted to enroll him in swim lessons, but they are a little pricey right now.  So, maybe next year.  He still makes me nervous in the pool.  In the area we stay in he can touch pretty much everywhere, but when he jumps off the side he sometimes loses his footing, so he about drowns.

Caleb just finished up his 2nd Bam Bam Baseball season.  I feel that it is getting a little too boring for him and maybe next year we will skip it.  It is a LOT of waiting in line and a little bit of running.  They wait in line for a chance to wait catch a ball, put it back on the tee and go wait in line for their turn again.  Then, they wait in line for their turn to hit the ball, then run one base.  Pretty slow.  I think it helped him out the first year to get excited about baseball, but now it is pretty slow.  So, we will see.  Soccer starts again in the Fall and he will go out for that again.  I am hoping they will start some type of basketball for winter.

Chris is pretty normal.  (Well, for Chris!  haha!)  Anyway, pollinating season is starting so he will have to be in te field on Satruday's now.  ugh.  It is Fourth of July weekend this weekend and I get a 3 day weekend, but Chris barely gets one day off.  Stinks.

Our friends Jason and Mindy had their 3rd baby.  They had another boy- Sage Edwin Dammen.  He was born on June 17, 2010.  We haven't been able to visit him yet, but hopefully soon.

Not much more for news here.  Busy season at me for work... another site sueprvisor is leaving- so again I am having doubts as to what I want to do with my life.  I don't see myself staying here forever, but I don't know how long.  I love my hours, because I get to besically stay at home all day with the boys, but then again they suck because I have to work from home amongst other suckinesses.  This area of my life is just a big question mark... I don't know what I want out of my career life.  :0(
